Damien Borlase joined Red One as Chief Executive Officer in March 2026, bringing more than 25 years’ leadership experience across operational, safety-critical and public service environments.
Alison trained and completed her chartered accountant exams with Grant Thornton in Cheltenham, progressing to Assistant Manager before moving into industry in 1999.
Steve began his career as a Police Officer with the Metropolitan Police Service, moving to Devon & Somerset Fire & Rescue Service as a firefighter in 1988.
Rowan joined the fire service as an on-call firefighter in Sidmouth in 1996. In 2001 became full time serving in Exeter.
Steve spent most of his career in the fire service having originally joined Devon Fire & Rescue Service in 1987.
