This nationally recognised, Ofqual-regulated qualification is designed for individuals who are likely to be first on the scene of a medical emergency and require the skills to deliver effective pre-hospital care before professional medical assistance arrives.

Delivered by experienced paramedics through immersive, scenario-based training, the FREC 3 course covers critical areas such as patient assessment, airway management, catastrophic bleeding control, trauma care, and medical emergencies. It provides a significantly higher level of training than standard first aid.

This qualification is particularly suited to those working in sectors such as security, construction, remote environments, and event medical cover.
