It is relevant for businesses of all sizes and across all industries – offices, schools, retail, hospitality, warehouses, and more – essentially anywhere fire safety duties need to be carried out confidently and correctly.  It supports your legal duty to maintain fire safety in the workplace.

Every delegate takes part in hands-on fire extinguisher training using multiple types of extinguishers – it’s not just a demonstration, it’s real experience. Delivered by retired firefighters from Devon & Somerset Fire and Rescue Service, bringing real experience to every session.

How many fire wardens do I need?
This is a question we often get asked. The general guidance is 1 Fire Warden for every 10 members of staff, but remember, this all depends on the risk of the building/nature of the work being performed. Something else to consider is the number of shifts worked and holiday/sickness cover.
