The Co-Worker Rescue at Height (CWRH) course provides essential training for anyone working at height who may be faced with rescuing a colleague suspended in their fall protection equipment following a fall. Suspension trauma can quickly become life-threatening; rapid intervention is essential.

This practical course teaches participants how to use simple, effective techniques and widely available equipment to safely and quickly release a suspended co-worker from a fall arrest system. Employers have a duty of care to ensure such emergencies are anticipated and that personnel are trained to respond.
