Alison has a wealth of experience in industry, moving to First DataBank Europe Ltd of the Hearst Corporation in 2002 and becoming Finance Director of Map of Medicine Ltd, a newly acquired company to the group, in May 2008 where she set up all the relevant Finance & HR for the new company and was part of the Senior Management Team to drive growth and strategic direction. After a short career break to raise her children, Alison worked for Arvato SCM (UK) Ltd (STOK) managing the finance function and as part of their senior management team proactively developing and driving the Company’s strategic goals which delivered a 44% increase in Company turnover. Alison joined Red One as Finance Director in 2021.
